About Markhor Group of Colleges
The Markhor (Capra falconeri) is the National Animal of Pakistan, where it is also known as the screw horn or screw-horned goat. Markhor is a Persian word meaning “snake-eater” or “snake-killer.” Markhors are adapted to mountainous terrain and they are living high in the Himalaya’s Mountains and can be found between 3000 to 3,600 meter in elevation. Because of these features, we have named our Institute “Markhor Group of Colleges” Inspired by their Binomial name (Capra Falconeri) we made our slogan "Be Caprian and touch the height of success".
